2012 was a year of firsts for Dan! A Finals
appearance in the prestigious Kerrville
'New Folk' competition, and the release of
Ash and Bone which continues to get rave
reviews from fans, DJ's and press like Victory
Review and American Songwriter Magazine.
Ash and Bone features the Award Winning
'Hank and Jesus', 'Goodbye to Dad' and 'Lost
and Found'. Several songs received accolades
in the Great American Song Contest, as well as
the Tumbleweed and Great Lakes Songwriting
Contests. Dan ended the year on a high note
with a show at the Historic Bonneville Dam
on it's 75th Anniversary and a 2nd Place finish
in their Woody Guthrie Song Contest.
